I bought this on 4/10/25 for my four year old autistic son to use for an augmentative and alternative communication device. We were able to get my son’s speech therapist to show us how to move his profile on touchchat from the old iPad to this one on 5/12/25. It stopped charging a day later. I tried to take it to the Geek Squad today and they could not help me but told me to call customer service. Customer service told me since it’s been more than 15 days since my order, I’m out of luck. I’ve found other reviews with similar concerns. Clearly Best Buy has a tendency to sell bad products frequently and ensures that customers cannot return them. This blatant nefarious and fraudulent behavior is incredibly disturbing. I’ve contacted the DOJ’s consumer services to address the bad business practices.
