Geek Certified?

The laptop came with the wrong charger. I figured no big deal, I'd just go to local store and get right one. I almost had to get a refund until I requested a mgr. Not fun after installing updates and my software for a entire day. I could have spent 30 dollars more and got a Apple certified, may have been worth it.

Geek Squad Certified my foot!

First time turning on the macbook the display was out! After 2 reboots the display finally lit up. The macbrook then proceeded to run sluggish and wouldn't connect to the wifi! I finally called quits and returned the macbook pro.

Had to return first order due to defect in battery

Initial problem was first one would not hold a charge. The nice thing was that we were allowed to hold on to first laptop until after replacement laptop arrived at our home.

great refurbished laptop

I attempted to purchase 3 elsewhere, on other websites. All 3 ended up having various problems of one kind or another, and were returned for refunds. I finally found this one on the Best Buy website, which has Geek Squad coverage for a year. So far it's been great!

Good deal for quality of laptop

However Refurb software load was missing a few programs that should have been included but Best Buy could not install. Luckily I was able to get for free from local Apple Store.
