I thought it was time for an upgrade from my Macbook Pro I got in 2012 and it still run… slowly but it works and I thought this would be a good choice. First I want to say I am not against buying refurbished items, but my experience didn't go so well with this Mackbook. After just two days, I had to return the item. While I was willing to overlook the minor scratches, since it was refurbished, the screen began glitching, it looked like there was dead pixuls ( a little white dot on the screen), the touchpad also was glitchy. When I was playing my Sims game it kept feezing up. I tried to reset it (because I was trying to make every exuse to keep it) and then it never got past the rocover fase and would not turn back on and I did it for several hours. Just be aware when purchasing refurbished products, there's always a risk of running into issues that were never truly resolved. If you decide to take the chance, I'd strongly recommend getting an extended warranty for the most amount of time the item offers!

This is an excellent powerful portable MacBook Pro I’ve ever owned. This is the version before Apple moved their new chip. Which was a nightmare for me. Bought the M1 Pro, M2 pro and M3 pro and have pink screen issue with all of them. That’s why I decided to get this refurbished i7. It’s small and proven to be powerful!
