    Total junk

Maybe I’m just not happy with this phone because I had to downgrade from a 7 plus, but I think this phone sucks. I just bought it three days ago; the home button isn’t always responsive, the battery life is horrendous, and the sound sucks. Plus it is already freezing up on me. I’m thoroughly disappointed. I had a substantial amount of money stolen from me and to make to till next payday, I had to return my 7 plus which I had purchased unlocked for all carriers, get my money back for the phone and the Apple Care, ($880) and downgrade to this because I need some sort of phone and I’m used to large displays. I don’t like it, I have a feeling I’ll be visiting the Genius Bar often since it’s only two days old and I’m already having issues. Or maybe it’s just one of the “needle in a haystack” defective phones. Who knows.

    Loss its quality

Apple is no longer building quality products. My iPhone 6 Plus lasted 2 years and 7 months. It was well cared for and kept in an otter box case and was always updated. But it had a hardware failure out of the blue. You might say apple is putting an expiration date on its product. Say good bye to long lasting iPhones and iMacs. So, pay your hard earned dollars for an iPhone that is expected to fail shortly after its warranty and apple care runs out. Apple can do it because it has got you now, your trapped in apple’s stranglehold of its products and its going to take all your money before you can make it. Don’t worry they take payments.

It's a step up from my dinosaur IPhone 4 w/o a doubt, however its very big can't carry in my front pocket, have to slip in my back pocket keep forgetting its there and sit on it. Yes it does have a lot more storage for my music, I mostly use it to make/receive calls keep my schedule and get emails, I use a laptop all day so the last thing I want is to get on a phone and surf the web. Just would have liked a phone that would import my outlook task. It will take sometime getting use to but can't stay in the past forever, just bought a new laptop to replace my 6 year old one.

Although this is soon to be two iPhone cycles old, it is a huge step up for us. My wife wanted to get a big screen (getting older) and the step up from a 5c is dramatic. Bigger screen is easier to read, processor is faster. Still has the head phone jack as well as touch ID! Overall a huge upgrade for someone that doesn't want/need the absolute latest. And with over a $200 drop in price... a winner for sure!

I have had this phone maybe a week and half now and so far so good. It's an iPhone, and I don't need to go into to much detail about it because either you know all about them, or you know nothing about them. Either you like them or you don't, and if you don't, then this is not the droid you are looking for. Great screen, love that it has more than 16gb of memory, and the size is great when upgrading for a 5s.

I was a nervous, reluctant buyer. But I knew it was time to get an i-phone so I could keep up with my kids, grandkids, and friends. The sales person at Best Buy was extremely helpful and guided me to the perfect phone for me. He was patient with my concerns and questions and spend a lot of time helping me get used to the phone. So happy with my purchase. It's perfect for a beginner like me.

I finally decided to update my beloved iphone 3GS. I blazed all the way to the 6s Plus. Love it! I really like the larger screen, the OS, the features and apps. I like that you can tell it how much sleep you want and it tells you when to go to bed. LOL. I'm sure Siri is helpful, but I don't find her particularly necessary. I would recommend this phone.

I’m glad to have another iPhone. Several years ago I traded my iPhone 5 for a Samsung Galaxy. Right away I started having trouble with it and even had to send it back to the factory for repairs. I was never happy with the Galaxy. This iPhone 6 works great and has all features I want and is easy to navigate.
