A: Yes they do come with dents and scratches. Mines didn’t come with that many scratches but it did had 3 dents on it. However, my boyfriend also bought a refurbished laptop, but his had a lot of dents and scratches. He went to return it but a woman from customer service did not want to accept it because it had dents and scratches. Be careful when buying it because it’s obvious it came with those dents and scratches if it was refurbished. He was t able to return it online but he did go to a postal service to return it. This time I didn’t like the service they offered. Just be aware that if you want to return it because of the damages it has they try to blame you saying that you can’t return an item like that when that’s the item they sold.
