A: I thought I was getting the latest MacBook air when I bought this but am happy with it nevertheless. The keyboard is fine for me. I don't notice any problem with it, feels smooth and has good responsiveness. I am not sure exactly what the differences are between 2018 and 2019 but it seems fine for me. I use it a lot but not for high-end productivity things, mostly Word and Mail and Photos, etc. I like it a lot. And to get it for the price I did with this much memory seems great.
