This is the last time I purchase anything from Best Buy. They sell these as 3rd Party but won't support them. I bought this very iPad and the battery did not work. Refused to repair it as they would for something sold in their store. This 3rd party did not have a phone number, only an email that said I would get a response from them in 24-48 hours. This is very unacceptable. Best Buy is unwilling to take responsibility for 3rd party sales.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
