A: This unit is a 2011 year model.
Q: Does this laptop have any scratches or dents? Does everything work properly?
A: It has scratches but that wasn’t my problem. It doesn’t work properly, it’s useless to me. I haven’t used it and I don’t have money to purchase another one. I want to return and exchange for good one but you all refused.
Q: What operating system does it use and what year is it? Thank you
A: I am using a MacBook Pro from mid 2012 and I am using the Mojave OS and I love it. My Mac has worked perfectly ever since I got it approximately 6 months or so ago. The only additional products I have purchased for it was a hard shell cover and a quiet mouse. Hope this helps you and I hope you enjoy your Mac as much as I do mine.

A: No, it doesn’t have Retina display. Look at the 2015 model for Retina display technology.
