A: They will fit as long as the watches are the same. 42 mm for 42 mm or 38 mm for 38 mm.

A: Apple watch with GPS+Cellular requires separate activation & additional data plan aside from your iphone ONLY if you want to be able to make calls & send messages without your iphone nearby. Otherwise, you have full capabilities as long as your apple watch is within range of your iphone.
