A: Two differences: 1) BestBuy is selling their GV301RC with the external GPU mobile dock, as it says in the description (see "with Mobile Dock" right after the word "Laptop"). The 2022 version has the top-end AMD Radeon RX 6850M XT mobile GPU, along with 4x USB 3.2 type A, HDMI 2.1 for 4k@120Hz external monitor, DP 1.4, 2.5G Ethernet, and a full-size card reader. The dock has a MSRP of $1,399.99 when sold separately. 2) The GV301RC comes with 1057.5MHz + 50MHz boost RTX 3050, while the GV301RE comes with 1035MHz + 50MHz boost RTX 3050 Ti. In other words, the GV301RC's dGPU clocks slightly higher. Both of these are cut-down versions of GV301. Asus make these specifically for BestBuy. They come with 16GB of RAM instead of the standard 32GB of RAM of the base GV301RC/GV301RE models (also no sleeve included). In general, you don't really need more than 16GB of RAM for gaming. However, 32GB is very helpful for many productivity tasks.
