Q: Is this pre-overclocked or not? I can't tell.
A: It's overclocked out of the box.

A: I've seen this come into stock every 2 weeks so you should check back. It's usually sold out within 2-3 minutes of being up in stock though. At the current date of 02/12/21, there will be GPU shortages for the next 4-6 weeks so the stock will disappear even faster. Consider this almost a drought.
Q: When is the best estimation for the next time this gpu will be in stock?
A: They into stock every once in a while and are only available for about 1 minute until there sold out again, they go into stock like every week or so, i would recommend just refresing the page until there in stock again, it wouldn't be enjoyable to but eh, at least you get the gpu
