A: This card is quiet even with fans on. I dont recommend "passive" idk why you would get a high performance card and want passive cooling? Thats like wanting to drive fast without any wind.... when idling, I recommend at least 30% fans just to keep air moving. You wont hear it.
Q: Does this fit in the Corsair 4000 Airflow?
A: Thats a great case and it should but it will be super tight. Even my full tower is feeling the size of this thing. It is BIGGER than a EVGA ftw3.
