A: Sata III is older tech. M.2 Sata is newer. You should get better performance with an M.2 Sata drive (of course depending on the SSD/drive as well.) Hope this helps you.

A: This laptop was not available at my local bestbuy, but I did go there and order it from them and it was delivered very quickly to my house or if I wanted, to the store. I was told they do not stock them in store due to lack of demand
