Q: when will it not be sold out?
A: You can always go to your local best buy store and have them order the product online and have it sent to the store. That's what I did.
Q: What version of of Windows 10 does it come with ?
A: This item has the regular version of Windows 10.
Q: How good is the battery life? I'm looking to purchase a laptop that has 5-10 hours of usage.
A: As you probably already know, high end processors need power to operate. I am not aware of a i7 processor laptop running at more than half capacity that will meet your desired goal. If I process photos in Photoshop and ACDSee my Asus will run 3 to 4 hours. If you really need high performance and battery life of 5 to 10 hours, I suggest you consider supplementing the internal battery with an external, when needed. That is what I do when I'm working in the field with no other charging source.
