Q: Is there a way to increase the RAM from 16GB to 32GB?
A: This laptop has two memory slots, to upgrade to 32 GB you need to purchase two 16 GB DIMM sticks.
A: They all aren't the same. You have to look in the Best Buy description. BB is usually pretty good about defining whether it has a glossy or matte finish. The one l listed below is what I purchased after I returned this one, (see review) and I swear to you, it runs soooooo much better. And the price was lower.
