Product does not include OnStar interface. The packaging shows the black box larger than it actually is and in my case, caused me to purchase the wrong product.

Did everything it was supposed to do, automatically. I'm very impressed with the simplicity of install. It was literally three wires and I was done. Definitely recommend this to keep the steering wheel controls.
A:AnswerSeems to. I bought my '03 Denali with an aftermarket head unit a previous owner had installed. When I replaced the head unit I used this with my new unit and as far as I can tell everything works... At least it works as good as it did before I changed the head unit
