Q: How do these cancel out noise
A: The headphones generate a sound that you can't hear to cancel out sound.
Q: Is the manufacturer warranty voided? Also, will they then come with a geek squad warranty?
A: i had to purchase the apple care.. didn't realize apple manufacturers beats.. and when they broke a few weeks later was told BB doesn't service beats... ended up returning after return date but was told if o purchased another pair i would have to buy ANOTHER warranty.. seems crazy
