Q: My volume buttons doesn't work. I just bought them. I am using a samsung s8
A: The volume controls on the Urbeats3 only work on iOS devices like the iPhone, iPod, and iPad. They do not work on Android devices like the Samsung Galaxy S8. The middle play/pause button works fine with both android and iOS.
Q: WILL THESE WORK ON MY SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 8????
A: Yes they will definitely work on the note 8.
A: They will work with an android device, however the volume buttons on the chord will not. I'm not sure why this is. But the microphone DOES work.
Q: Do you need adapter for theses with iPhone 8 or do they go right in phone ???
A: You need an adapter, but there is one that doesn’t need it...
Q: Does this headphones are sweat-proof?
A: They seem to be pretty well sealed, but “sweat proof “ will depend on how much you sweat. Light sweat I’d say yes. Heavy streams of sweat would be hard to say.
