A: I had the same problem and tightened the bottom of the jar to activate the connection and it solved the problem. The instruction booklet stated that in the print somewhere after I read it later.

A: Yes, the Bella Pro Series Portable Blender comes with the required USB cable for charging. You will need to use your own power block though, as this is not included.
