Q: How long does it take to cook rice?
A: I timed it the other night and it took approximately 30 minutes start to finish.
Q: It says it’s a 20 cup rice cooker but only has a line up to 10 cups. Why?
A: 20 Cups COOKED is Equals to 10 Cups UNCOOKED. It depends on how they advertised. You just gotta read carefully.
A: It shows the lines during the time it is warming up to steam. It should then switch to numbers but it doesn’t take long so you may miss it. The BB is the warming mode when the rice is complete.
Q: How long does the Keep Warm feature stay on? Is it only for a 12hr period?
