Junk!
The door is supposed to be reversible but they decided to glue in a plastic trim piece. Only work around is to pry it off and carefully tap the holes yourself. Other holes that were tapped by the factory are extremely crooked, so maybe this was a good thing? There is zero warranty support. After an initial call, I sent all the required documentation and pictures and no one is responding. I've sent 5 emails all unanswered. Additionally the shelves are very flimsy and flex if you store any bottles on it. Opening the door causes everything to rattle due to the unstable design. My $700 Samsung was much higher quality. Last issue, everyone says this was "made in Italy," even the customer service rep. I saw no labels confirming origin, so I would suspect it's made in Asia. Good thing this is only a bar fridge. Happy I chose a Thermador suite for my kitchen.
