Q: Where is the QR code located on the Bird Air? I cannot get my Bird to turn and it's fully charged.
A: The scooter does not have a QR code. Actually, you don’t need a QR code and you don’t need the App. You can connect it via Bluetooth on the app where it says “Private Birds”. It will show you the only one that is close to you. Once you connect it, it will only show you the battery, speed and headlight on/off option. You can control all that on the scooter itself without any need of the app.
A: Yes, but I don't recommend you go swimming with it.
Q: Is this the same model as what can be rented on the streets?
A: Nah, this one doesn't have squeezable brakes nor the same speedometer and it doesn't have a bell either.

A: You can add protection or just become a Best Buy total tech member. Not sure how long warranty is from manufacturer.
Q: Does it have good power in the throttle?
A: It has good power 0-16 in about 6 or 7 seconds but the battery life is not the best
