Horrible Chair

I ordered this chair on 10/6 and received it 10/12 at standard shipping rates, meaning it got here pretty fast so I am happy with that. However, most of the other features of this chair is disappointing.
While the chair looks exactly like the picture and the comfort is through the roof, the chair is hard to assemble, having only one small sheet of instructions with 4 steps for actual assembly. As such, I struggled to get this chair in the correct position to assemble it and even now when it is "assembled" I had to leave out 4 of the screws (2 on each side) of the arms because the holes on the chair are in the wrong place or too deep within the chair to be screwed into securely, making the arms severely loose.
The size of the chair, is horrible. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
The chair, once assembled is very low to the ground and has no height adjustments. The arms of the chair rest well below my elbows and I cannot put them any higher since the holes are messed up. I have to lean back in the chair (As it leans forward A LOT) to even sit up semi straight. The chair itself, not allowing you to do that as it is made, it seems, to be leaned back in. The headrest is too low as well, even at full height it doesn't rest where I think it should.
All in all, I give the comfort a 3.5/5 star since it is so soft at first but once you sit in it for awhile(Maybe 30 minutes) the foam packs down and hardens slightly until you get back up.
Look of the chair? 5/5. Looks exactly like the picture when moved into the right position and can fit perfectly in a gaming environment.
Ease of use? 1/5. Hard to assemble and little instructions.
Movement? 1/5. No wheels to move around on, no height adjustment, and the tilt of the chair is troublesome. Nice swivel action though!
Recommendation: Get a regular office chair if your gaming is on a computer, or if its on a TV, set the TV set so that you can lay down on a big pile of pillows on your bed, anything is better than buying this chair it seems. The pillows will support your elbows if you position them right as well as give you enough of a angle to comfortably look at the TV. The Office chair, especially if you get a rather fancy one, is/will be more comfortable and allow a better range of movement and will support your movement needs and comfort needs, supporting your elbows and your head/neck.

First off the size was a little disappointing. After being put together it looks more like a child's chair. But is sharp looking and does look like the picture.
Mine might be defective because the rods the arms lock into are loose. It's the actual slot that is loose so there's nothing that can be done about the wobbly arms.
If this was for a child yes I would recommend it, but for a average to tall adult, no.

Drill holes for bolting arms on were a little off but we managed it to work finally. The only real problem is that the cable provide from the chait to the PS3 were only about 1/4 of the length they should be. Have to sit very close to TV screen till I got longer cables. Sound good and functionality good.
