Q: QuestionHOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREHEAT TO 350 FARENEHEIT
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hi there, thank you for your question. Model:HBL8651UC has Fast Preheat. Fast Preheat heats the oven quicker than standard preheat. It takes 7 minutes. It is available for Bake, Roast, Convection Multi Rack, Convection Bake, Convection Roast, and Pizza. If Fast Preheat is not allowed for the selected cooking mode an error tone sounds. Fast Preheat is not available for Broil, Convection Broil, Proof or Warm.

Q: QuestionWe are trying to install a plug, the appliance will not be delivered until the house is done. I am needing to know where the connection is located so I can put the plug in the right spot. Is it located at the top or bottom?
Asked by Ashley.
- A:Answer Hi Ashley. Thank you for your question. The wall oven junction box may be located above or right or left of the unit within reach of the power conduit. The electrical hookup may be located below(depending on space) or next to the drawer within reach of the power cord.

Q: QuestionWhat are the electrical requirements for this double unit. And is it one plug for both units
Asked by Robert.
- A:Answer Hi Robert! Thank you for your question. Yes, there is only one power cord for both ovens and it is a fixed (hard-wired) connection. The electrical requirements for this unit are 240/208 Volts and it requires a 40 Amp circuit breaker.

Q: QuestionWhat are the cut out dimensions for installation?
Asked by Nettycrocker.
- A:Answer You will need 3 to 4 inches more at the top than what the Bosch website says. We ran into this problem when the installer came with the ovens. We had the correct dimensions as per the website but the top panel with the controls goes on the outside of the cut out. We had to have a cabinet maker come and make adjustments before the ovens could be installed.
