Q: Can I use these speakers for front speakers for a home theater system? Can these be used in ceiling?
A: Thanks for your question! The Virtually Invisible 891 speakers can certainly be used for the front channels in a home theater setup. However, these were not engineered to be installed in a ceiling. For ceiling speakers, please take a look at the 791 and/or 591 speakers. We hope this helps!
Q: Do these speakers rely on wall cavity for the box? My wall in basement only has drywall on one side.
A: Hello J123, thanks for the question! For a flush wall-mounted installation, we recommend that you have a wall cavity at least about 4 inches deep. The speaker's depth is 3.55 inches. Hope this helps!
