Brim - 5-Cup Cold Brew Coffee Maker - Black

Iced or Blended Coffee is the only coffee I ever drink - so the cold brew fits right into my life. I was so excited to get the box - I opened it shocked how big it is - I guess I expected it to be half the size - but when you are investing time into the brew it makes sense why it’s so big. The glass is very thin - so this is something I would probably hand wash vs. placing in the dishwasher to avoid breaking it. The assembly is very straightforward - love the reusable filters and the neck is so wide it’s easy to wash and dryer. The Process was simple - the coffee came out robust and delicious (I recommend playing with the portions of water/Milk/Coffee/Sugar or Creams)- since I don't drink coffee daily it is great that this stores in the same decanter and last 2+ weeks! If you are a cold coffee lover this cold brew is a must add in your kitchen.

I have gone through a couple of cold brew setups over the last couple of years, this one seems to be the best built. The smart valve is nice in that there is no fighting with a rubber plug hoping the setup doesn't leak out while brewing over night. The glass on the decanter appears delicate but is surprisingly sturdy, as I found out after accidentally giving it a decent hit against my counter top. The filters were easy to prep and to use, as well as to clean out once brewing was complete. I look forward to using this system from now on, as the easier it is to use the more likely I am to have cold brew in my fridge which makes my life better all around.

Very easy to use! My first time making cold brew and I did it flawlessly because this set up was very easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. Clean up is a breeze too! I also love the sleek design. The resulting coffee was perfectly smooth and delicious. I don't normally like black coffee, but the low acidity result of cold brewing makes it so that I can enjoy my coffee straight without any sweetener or creamer.

I was so excited to set this up. Waiting 12 -24 hours was hard but so worth it. I plan on trying tea next...This is definitely for some one who appreciates a rich cup of coffee. I also made iced coffee and it was awesome. It will be a weekend ritual to make coffee for the week ahead...easy to clean and just need to know when to change the filters out.

I am a cold brew fanatic but have never been able to make good cold brew at home. I've tried many different methods only to have week tasting cold brew. This changed everything! The cold brew that I make with this is amazing. I am constantly making more because it's so easy and fast! I love this!!!
