Description
SATA 3.0 compatible with transfer rates up to 6 Gbps! This external eSATA slot plate adapter adds two external eSATA ports to any serial ATA controller, and allows you to take the high speed of SATA outside your computer case. Just install the adapter plate into an open I/O slot on your computer; it easily fits into any PC slot. Then connect the cables to the serial ATA connectors on your motherboard or SATA controller card. Then you'll be able to connect external SATA drives that use the new eSATA connector. Length of base to the end of the cables is 20.5 inches.
