A: Hello, thank you for your question! We recommend you use the pedestal rails when replacing an older GE Appliances 30" double wall oven with a new GE Appliances model. Cutout Height = 51-13/16" to 51-15/16". This is our traditional cutout height. The pedestal is supplied in the packaging, so you will not need to purchase one. A: Hi caneva52, thanks for reaching out! This appliances comes with a one year factory warranty that begins at the date of original purchase. - This model does have a WARM feature. Warm mode is designed to keep hot foods at a higher temperature for up to 3 hours. To use this mode, select More from the main menu, then Warm, then press Start. Preheating is not required. Do not use warm to heat cold food other than crisping crackers, chips, or dry cereal. It is also recommended that food not be kept warm for more than 2 hours. - All of our ranges and wall ovens have a temperature range of 170-550 degrees F. A: There are both self clean and steam clean options. I have not used either yet. Each oven has one regular and one extendable roller shelf. It appears that you could add more roller shelves if you purchased them because they are removable and can be changed to another level. I've had my oven for 7 months, and have been very happy with it. The screen is actually fun to view because it keeps changing with the seasons.
Q: Do these ovens have an air fry mode
A: Joe, They do have an air fry mode and can say it works quite well. There are actually two screens worth of mode options to run. From there, they break things down even further to ask what are you exactly cooking. See attached screen shots for more info. Hope this helps.
Q: How is it possible that the cutout dimension is smaller than the product dimension?
A: Hi there - that’s a great question. When you're planning the cut-out for a Cafe wall oven, there are 3 primary dimensions to consider. The overall dimensions are the physical height, width, and depth of the wall oven. The cut-out dimensions are the space (cut-out) in the cabinet where the oven will fit. The overlap dimensions are the required space around the cut-out which consists of the oven trim overlap plus a small amount of clearance. Because the "Overlap" is not just the physical overlap of the oven trim, the oven cut-out plus overlap will be larger than the overall oven dimensions. You will need to use the recommended overlap dimensions rather than the physical overlap when planning your cabinets. A: No plug came with the unit, my electrician ran fresh 8 gauge wire to accommodate the 50amp circuit requirement (hardwired of course)

QUIET! Quiet! quiet! And Beautiful!
Very quiet and lots of visibility through the large door windows. It is beautiful. We replaced a Thermador that was a total disappointment and an absolute piece of junk that sounded like a hairdryer. This is a good value. Advice: make sure the opening is the right size as the provided base rails don’t address every issue. We needed to add 1” thick boards to the cabinet before installing because the included metal rails were tall. The Ease of connecting to Wi-Fi could be improved and so could the app, but that was least important to us.

Cafe Double Oven
Love the look, style, ability to turn it on/off using my smart phone, and it cooks evenly. Not happy with third party delivery system has in place. They broke my cabinet.
