Q: ARE COLOR CARTRIDGES INCLUDED IN THE BOX
A: Color cartridges are not only included; all the cartridges are actually pre-installed!
Q: Can I print in black and white when the color cartridges are empty ?
A: Yes, you can continue printing in black even if the color cartridge is empty.
Q: does this come with ink cartridges?
A: 4 Toners as standard on all color printers
Q: Is there a built-in fax? Didn't see in specs, but I had clicked this feature as one I wanted
A: it is fax capable but must be connected to landline to activate the capability
Q: Will this printer print on card stock? If so, how heavy?
A: I have been running this card stock pictured below without any problems. I also included two photos of what the online resource says is acceptable paper types.
Q: Does this printer work easily in a Mac and IPhone environment?
A: Our use of the printer from our iPhones has been limited, but we have indeed been able to print easily from the iPhones.
A: Yes, you can set this up in the printer options menu, and define the Black & White printing as a standard.
Q: Can you scan to a flash drive via a USB port?
A: Yes, I do recall seeing scanning to usb as an option. Haven’t tried it yet.
