I have found this speaker for 259.00 and up. Everytime I find one at that price, I buy it. Cerwin Vega has a 2000 watt max speaker that these babies can compare to as far as sound pressure. And, th comarable to speakers cost hundreds more!!! They are very light and easy to handle. I call them my private little secret because when the word gets out about how powerful these really are....the price will go up. I have mine connected to a QSC 3602!!! These are 4 ohm speakers and they rock. I did a party last month where the host brought in 4 huge 3way speakers. they were Geminis. They sounded terrible. I had 2 of mine in my truck & they sounded better then all 4 of his. Everyone wanted to know what kind of speaker I was running with no sub. I was proud to say Cerwin Vega. Most people who were familiar with the name said," oooh, no wonder!!!" So if you're looking to blow people away with a small set up....these are the speakers for you. Depending on the amp of course and how much consistant power you wish to push through them. I have 3 and I'm looking for #4 . I know I have run 1200 continuos watts through them for at least 6 hours with no problems. I love the Intense 252 v2. For once a dj can get more bag for his/her buck!!!
