Finally available at BestBuy
Was traveling last trip and Surge went on low charge shutting down features. Concern with Surge is keeping it charged with all its GPS and txt message notifications active. I especially like those features when I travel, and yes those features really burn the battery life. Seems like I'm needing to charge in a few days. Great to have cable in my travel 'wires'.

Great charger for Fitbit
Imagine yourself in the middle of a workweek challenge, when all of a sudden your Fitbit shows a low battery! This was the nightmare I found myself in one fateful summer's day. My Fitbit had only seconds remaining, and I knew if it died my steps would be for nought. When out of the corner of my eye I saw a Best Buy, and I knew I could save my Fitbit and those precious steps! Forcefully, I jerked the steering wheel to my left, swerving through 3 lanes of traffic, with no regard for the welfare of other motorists! Slamming on the breaks in front of the store, I sprinted through the doors to the wearable technology isle. I couldn't muster the energy to provide a cordial response to the cashier's questions of my day. I tore through the packaging and plugged in my precious Fitbit. From this traumatic experience I can attest that this product will adequately charge a Fitbit Surge.
