Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product description for this Clearsounds phone is a "bundle" as it is supposed to contain 2 handsets. I have ordered this bundled product twice, and both times it has come without the additional extension handset and charging base. When I called customer service, for a resolution, they said there was nothing they could do about it, and my only option was to return the product - again. I decided to call Clearsounds directly to see if they sold the extension separately so that I might purchase, they do not make it anymore AND the representative was well aware of the problem with the Best Buy web description of a "bundle" and indicated that they had discussed, weeks ago! Please change the description.
