Not sensitive enought
I bought two of these to be added on to two coffee star remote kits that I had installed on two different Kia vehicles. There are two issues, the most important being that it is not sensitive enough when you press through the glass on the buttons. Even the check had a hard time getting the numbers to register. According to CompuStar, there is a sensitivity setting that can be changed by Best buy. I would recommend you tell them to make it the most sensitive. I will try to bring my back and see if that makes a difference and update the review. The other issue is that one of the Kia's the device is completely fallen off the window. The sticker must not be strong enough or wasn't pressed on hard enough. I would bring that back to Best buy to see if they can resolve that as well.

Very convient
Had installed on front windshield, makes it easy to get in without keys (epecially if they get locked in). Nice feature for a older vehicle.
