It Beats the First by Far
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When the first Conduit was out, the game was just fun until people started hacking and glitching the game, then it just got old and people just moved on to Call of Duty Modern Warfare (Reflex Edition). With the second installment of The Conduit, Conduit 2 I will say is probably better than what the first one was like, especially online. Conduit 2 really does feel like how the original Conduit should of been, with inclusions of Boss matches being my original main complaint until the hackers and glitchers of the first Conduit. There are plenty of good things in Conduit 2, here are only a few, use of a Classic Controller, Using Mics instead of Wii Speak, the Graphics is decent, you can buy guns and armor, and you can make different classes, and the game gets updates in case of glitches or possible requests players made to the makers of the game. Of coarse not all games are perfect, Conduit 2 does share it's share of negatives, the controls feels awkward when using a classic controller, to use the mic you have to either friend request or rival request players, you can't choose what game mode you want online you have to vote (basically if you want TDM chances of getting into that game is literally 1 out of 16 because you get two choices but with a 1/8 chance of those choices being the same game mode), but my main complaint is the price on weapons and armor are just a bit too high. The game is no doubt better than the first game, however this game isn't like Call of Duty or Halo despite the game is more inspired by the two games, however it's really a game for people who are not really allowed to play M rated shooters. In fact I can probably assure you that you'll prefer the story mode over the Multiplayer, especially seeing many easter eggs that's included in the game like Internet Memes and Movie references. Also one thing to point out the game has a lot of humorous moments, personally I blame the fact that Jon St. John is voicing the main character in this game and if you don't know Jon St. John I recommend looking him up considering he voices a guy wearing "Power Armor." If you're too lazy I'll just say it Jon St. John voices Duke Nukem, even the new game. Anyways that wraps up my review for Conduit 2.
