A: I'm pretty sure the fans will work with most motherboards. I could be wrong but highly unlikely I used them with a Asus z390e and a a Asrock z390 pro

Q: will these work good with a corsair aio radiator? or should i go with other fans?
A: I used them with my Corsair H110i aio. They did work but I didn't like the look personally so I swapped them out.
Q: Will his work with ASRock b250 Pro4-IB motherboard?
A: It sure would, just make sure you have a spot for the fan/s in your case!

A: You hook the PWM cables to the motherboard where it may say "fan", the controller connects to a spare power source cord. the motherboard powers the fan, the lighting kit hub powers the LEDS, and the controller for colors/speed/mode plugs into the lighting kit hub. you can run it outside your case and apply it somewhere on outside your box
