Q: Where the usb slots,power button holes and things like that located
A: USB 3.0 and 2.0, power button and reset button are all on the right side of the case on the top
Q: Does this come with all the components to build a PC?
A: No it is just a tower. So supplies that will come is one fan and fan screws and motherboard stand screws to install the motherboard.
