    • Form Factor: Desktop (The type of computer the memory is configured to fit in.)
    • Speed: 3200 megahertz
    • Latency: 16-18-18-36 (Refers to the amount of time between the moment a memory request is initiated and the moment the request is retrieved by a processor, commonly written as a series of 4 numbers, or timings. Each timing measures the performance of the module according to a specific parameter. Generally, the lower the numbers, the faster the RAM can respond to requests.)
    • CAS Latency: 16 (Column Address Strobe (CAS) Latency refers to the number of clock cycles (for synchronous DRAM) or nanoseconds (for asynchronous DRAM) between the moment an instruction or command is initiated and the moment the data result is available. Generally, the lower the numbers, the better.)

  • Speed
    • Memory Speed Rating: PC4-25600 (The RAM's bandwidth rating. The numbers refer to generation and transfer speed and are typically separated with a hyphen. For example, PC3-12800 would indicate that the module is 3rd generation and has a theoretical bandwidth of 12,800 megabytes per second (MBs). The higher the second number, the faster the speed.)

  • Features
    • Buffered or Registered: Unbuffered (Registered (buffered) memory modules are classified by the addition of a register between the memory controller and DRAM modules. When compared to conventional unbuffered (unregistered) memory, this type provides more stability with less electrical load on the controller, making it a common choice for use in robust applications, such as servers.)
    • Data Integrity Check: Non-ECC (Error-correcting code (ECC) memory helps to maintain data integrity within a computer system, protecting it from potential crashes as well as losses or changes to data due to undetected errors. Systems that use ECC have an additional chip on the RAM that acts as the error check.)
    • Memory Channels: Quad (Multi-channel memory increases the rate of data transfer between the DRAM memory and memory controller by adding more channels of communication. The more channels, the more memory bandwidth.)
    • Lighting Type: RGB

Q: Hi, is this compatible with the ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero (Wi-Fi) Motherboard ?

A: Hi Chase, It is! I have the same motherboard as well. Please do reach out directly right under the Support link on the Corsair site if you have any other questions, -Art

Q: is it compatible with a cyberpowerpc

A: Hi, It would depend on the specific model. Please refer to your computer's manual for more information, or contact CyberPowerPC directly for assistance. If you have any other questions about our memory kits or another product, please contact us: support.corsair.com

Q: Would this be good to use for after effects

A: Hi Mas, You may want to reach out to our support team so they can help you further with this question: support.corsair.com -Brian

Q: Will all 4 sticks of RAM in this package be made by the same manufacturer using the exact same specs? I discovered that when I bought two 32 GB (2PK 16 GB) products they were not made by the same manufacturer and they used a different die! B vs D-die.

A: It is important that die be the same so that the electrical profile matches exactly across all four DIMMs. Otherwise, BIOS settings may not work optimally for all DIMMs in the package. Would somebody else from Corsair please respond to this concern about the difference in dies (B and D, in my example)? Otherwise, I have to return this product and by another brand that can guarantee that a 4 pk of RAM will all have the same die (and therefore perform exactly the same for specific BIOS settings).

Q: Hello. Are these sticks compatible with the Asus Prime Z390-P? Looking to upgrade my rig today and my local store has them available for pickup. Thank you in advance for the help.

A: Hi Crick, This should work without issues! If you have anything else we can help with, please reach out: support.corsair.com -Art

Q: Is this memory for an iMac?

A: I purchased this memory for a pc build.

Q: Are they compatible with the ASUS AMD AM4 ROG Strix X570-E Gaming ATX Motherboard? I can't seem to find any info from the manufacturer.

A: Hello James, They sure are! Just make sure to have your bios up to date!. If you have anything else we can help with, please reach out to us directly: support.corsair.com -Art

Q: 3950x AMD Ryzen compatible ???????

A: Hello, Depends on the motherboard used, please refer to its manual for more information. If you have any other questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com
