Q: Do the other lids fit the skillets for simmering?
A: The Large One, Yes.
Q: Are only the 2 Small Pans Ceramic coated?
A: I believe they’re all the same.
A: very much nonstick. Husband makes eggs without any butter/oil, just the egg and they slip right out. BTW, this is a great quality set but slightly smaller than I hoped for. Still, a good deal.
A: Yes oven safe with exception of handles, the will dry out after a couple of years of daily use.
