Step up from my old kitchen ware
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Entire set looks great on my stove. Cleaning is easy. After cooking and eating all the food I put the pans or pots in the sink add a small amount of dish soap and let it soak in hot water for 5-10. After a quick rinse, ready for the next iron chef episode. I bought two sets one for mom (of course) and for myself. Quality looks and feels good. This is my second set ever and so far it’s great. Mom is going trough the oldies but goodies and eventually will get to it. Now my cousin wants the same but the price I got it for was a daily deal. Waiting for the deal to come back and picking up a third. Shipping was fast and left on doorstep.

*Special washing instructions?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. So these are some great sized cooking pans but so far 3 of them have been discolored and the other ones are fine so I don’t know if it is something I did wrong or what, more then likely it was my fault.

Not Such a Great Deal After All
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. These pots and pans looked so nice coming out of the box although they were little lighter than I expected. Almost immediately after starting to use them, they started pitting! At first I had convinced myself that there was a spot of something stuck in the pot but soon realized that it was pitted. Since that time I have noticed it in all but the non-stick pan.

Induction Cookware beware
Posted .I have an Insignia 11.4 inch induction cooktop. I bought these pots thinking that they would be the perfect companion for it (and reading every comment saying they were compatible). When I got them, I used the magnet that came with the cooktop, it stuck to the pots for less than half a second. Went ahead and tried it anyway and it did not work. The pots themselves are good for cooking, but my main goal was to use the induction cooktop more often, which is not going to happen. Going to try to return them.

Q: QuestionDoes this item come with the spoons and tongs mentioned in description? I'd also like to know if the weight is quality, or does it feel cheap?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The model # listed, P87-12, matches the description, but not the picture Best Buy shows. I googled the model and found the picture I’ve included.

Q: QuestionWhat is the thickness of the steel? Is it 18/10 or is it thinner?
Asked by AnP.
- A:Answer The number 18/10 reflects the composition of the stainless steel not the weight or thickness. 18/10 stainless is generally the highest grade for consumer products. The bottom of the pots/pans are very thick and composed of an aluminum core with stainless on both sides making them quite thick on the bottom but the sides are thinner than some of my other more expensive Cuisinart pots.
