needed a blender for making smoothies. easy to clean with a min amount of parts. works just fine

So far, so good. It works like a charm, and is super powerful. Only thing I'm a little concerned about is last week, the motor smelled like it was overheated on only the third use. Time will tell.

This blender is easy to use and very powerful unlike other products in similar price range. Looks very nice too.

Not too difficult to clean. We like the sturdy glass blender. Silver base is a little large. Pleased with the Cuisinart performance.

Bought this on sale for my fiance, as the previous (really cheap) blender wasn't doing a good job making smoothies. She loves this blender and uses it daily. I'm a bit worried about the glass pitcher breaking, but it seems pretty sturdy. I'd recommend this, as an option, to at least consider for anyone looking for a decent blender.

This blender is plenty powerful and gets the job done.

I must admit I've only used the product once and it was for a frozen fruit smoothie. I put the liquid in first as instructed, then the frozen strawberry and banana pieces. I eventually got there....but it took several attempts and almost appeared as though it wasn't working. Fruit just went to the sides. So I was disappointed, but will keep trying.
