A: It comes with 3 CDs, a Windows 10 recovery media (backup and recovery) CD, an MSI Motherboard with Drivers & Utilities CD, and an MSI NVIDIA Driver & Utility CD. Windows 10 was pre-installed and is activated with a key code on the side of the computer case.

A: Yes. I updated this pc with a with a 480GB solid state - it works great. It was the best upgrade. I don't regret. As far as the 800 watt goes I'm not sure why you couldn't. It's a pc - you can upgrade whatever you want!
A: The motherboard should have one available M.2 slot on the motherboard. M.2 SSD's don't typically have any special heatsinks mounted or attached to them and should not require any additional cooling to be installed. That is configured with i7-6900K which is an 8 core CPU while the SLC9400 is a i7-6850K which is a 6 core CPU. Both are based on the Intel X99 chipset motherboard.
