Q: Can this run playerunknown's battlegrounds well with high fps
A: Yes it can play the game no problem. My son plays this game not sure on the fps it's running at.

Q: Can this run Overwatch smoothly?
A: Not at very high settings but it runs smoothly and looks decent around the medium settings. The video card is a little under powered.
