A: The vent for the fan on this model PC is located at the bottom of the panel and is used as an intake fan to bring cool air into the PC while the exhaust fan in the rear expels the hot air out the back of the case. 30°c is definitely a good idle temperature and sounds like the cooling system is operating as it should be.
