A: I haven't climbed into the box to look but it is liquid-cooled and the heated liquid is, i believe, cooled by a fan. Overall, the machine has generally exceeded its published specs. My computer is rated at 3.6 Ghz but it runs at 3.9. The power supply was listed at 600 w but my computer came with an 800 w power supply. So I don't think you need to stress out over the liquid cooling mechanics. It's a great machine and a true bargain when it goes on sale.

A: Hey I don't have the excact answer but I do know that this computer can easily run gtav at over 60 fps which is a very demanding game. If you are looking for a high end pc this one is well worth it!
