Currently the system utilizes an ASUS 1080 Ti, 32GB's of Crucial DDR4-2400Mhz RAM, Samsung 960 EVO, and a Toshiba 3TB 7200RPM hard-drive. And yes, this system does utilize a triple 120mm liquid cooling unit on the processor. As for upgrading the SSD; we do not use any proprietary parts, so if you wanted to upgrade it after arrival, you definitely could. This model does not support customization prior to shipping.
