A: Thank you for your interest in the Palladium 970Z! With regards to the graphics card, availability can affect the particular brand of card, but all used will meet not only the advertised specification, but also our strict requirements for quality, performance and reliability. As to our quality and customer service, we of course think highly of both. Not only do we provide a warranty, we also give each of our customers Free Lifetime Technical Support. For as long as someone owns a CybertronPC system, they can contact us and we will be glad to help. Also, unlike many companies, we do not automatically void the warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support we provide, when the chassis is opened and/or the configuration is modified. In fact, any component that is properly installed and does not damage the computer will leave both the warranty and Free Lifetime Technical Support intact. We hope the above has been helpful, and believe you will be very happy with a Palladium 970Z or other CybertronPC system!

Q: Do they still sell this computer anywhere
A: undefined
A: dan, Thank you for your interest in a CybertronPC system! While we will give some details that we hope will be helpful below, we encourage you to contact our Friendly Customer Service Team. They will gladly assist you in finding the best CybertronPC here at Best Buy, to meet your current and future needs. We can be reached toll-free by phone at 855.490.2569, or by email at [email protected]! First, while ‘standard office programs’ can often mean programs such as, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.), depending on the office in question, it can also mean additional productivity tools, such as various visual or audio design software, etc. For programs like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc., while any of the three would perform very nicely. The Titanium 1080X does have a faster processor, starting at 4.20GHz, with a maximum boost speed of 4.50GHz, while the other two systems have a base speed of 3.60GHz, with a maximum boost speed of 4.20GHz. This advantage would not be overly apparent during normal writing of email or documents, etc., but if you are dealing with large and involved spreadsheets, for example, this could be a factor. Another consideration is whether you plan to connect via a wired or wireless network. Both of the Palladium systems have both wired and wireless capabilities as shipped, while the Titanium defaults to wired only. It is important to note, that wireless capabilities could be easily added to the Titanium without even opening the chassis, with a simple USB adapter. Also, modifying the configuration does *not* void the Warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support we provide. For as long as you own the system, we’re happy to help! As to the difference in graphics capabilities, again, any advantage will depend heavily on what programs you will be running. Any of the three cards is well suited for Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc., but if you will be using visual or video design programs, you will certainly want to consult with our Friendly Customer Service Team, to make certain of compatibility and capability. We hope the above has been helpful, dan, and are certain that we can help find the right solution for you!
