A: No, this item does not connect to a computer and requires a dvr for connection.
Q: can the camera be placed inside a home facing outside thru a window...concerned with reflections
A: Great question billysell. If you intend to monitor outdoors, the cameras should be installed outside. If installed inside, looking out a glass window or screen, the nightvision infrared light will reflect back into the camera at night, blinding it.
