Easy to setup, very fast with quick response time, very quiet when running, great graphics! What more can I say except that I love everything about my new XPS and couldn't be happier! I highly recommend it!

I upgraded to the Dell-XPS 8960 windows 11 computer from a Dell-XPS 8900 Windows 10, purchased in 2016. I made the decision to upgrade now because Microsoft intends to end support of Windows 10 after September 2025. Besides, my old XPS 8900 was running slowly and freezing up frequently. Being a Geek Squad member I had them tune it up several times, but nothing seemed to permanently help. So, I decided it was time to upgrade to a state-of-the-art computer. I made an appointment with the in-house Geek Squad to transfer the files, software and drivers to the new computer. When the new computer was ready for pick up the Geek Squad agent and I found that several software programs were not properly transferred, and she took the time to address and correct these oversites. Once I got the new computer home and set up, I found that several file folders and the documents in those folders were missing. I also found that some of the file folders that were transferred did not have all of the documents in them. I only discovered these errors because these were files I need to access often. I may be missing more documents and files that I have yet to discover. Trying to print a document has been a source of frustration as well. When trying to print an online document, it doesn't print, it downloads a document file instead. The printer works fine when printing from computer software such as Microsoft Word. Incidentally, my printer works just fine, both online and offline with my old computer. I still have unresolved issues with the printer.
