Q: My coffee machine stops brewing after two cups are dripped through. Why? Delonghi BC043X

A: This indicates that the unit requires decalcification to remove the hard water scale build-up inside. Purchase either a pre-made product meant for this, a vinegar solution, or more commonly used, a citric acid solution.
Q: What buttons do you push to start the expresso side of the coffee maker. BC 032OT
A: Press the round power button on the front. Give it a few mins to let the water get hot. Then on the left side is a dial. Turn that towards to lil coffee cup/ up. Once you have brewed your cup of espresso turn that dial back to closed. Then if you need to do any steaming turn that same dial down. And the again back to closed when done. ( Make sure you keep the dial closed and the power off on the espresso side when not in use. )
Q: Does this include the ability to steam milk or just froth?
A: Yes you can do both
Q: Does this machine also dispense hot water and if so how much?
A: Yes on both sides of the machine. The amount is the same as it would dispense in coffee or espresso. The espresso side does about a cup of tea.
Q: Is the espresso also prepared with the programmable timer or just the drip coffee?
A: The espresso is prepared with a pump.
