a game so fun you can't stop
||Posted .Even if you haven't played the first two Diablo games you'll still fall in love with Diablo 3. You can create each character with endless amounts of weapons and armor you find and collect throughout the game. Though the gameplay graphics aren't always the best the cut scenes are amazingly beautiful. If you've ever play Gaunlet Legends and enjoyed it you'll love Diablo 3 even more.

So Much Content!
||Posted .I always loved the Diablo series and this was a steal for the price I got it. Blizzard Entertainment never ceases to amaze me and always delivers with so much content and easter eggs! If you live for RPGs this is a must have!

Cooperative fun for all
||Posted .Great dungeon crawler game where you can have a lot of fun playing cooperatively without having to take it too seriously. Hack and slash your way through story mode and adventure mode solo or with a friend. Even older kids like my son can easily learn to enjoy and conquer the challenges of this game.

Best Diablo yet...
||Posted .I actually skipped playing Diablo III (Any Version) until now because even though I have enjoyed Blizzard games since the original Diablo/Warcraft PC intros I had a hard time believing that they could do better then they did with the second game in the series. That version of Diablo not only improved on the first of the series but it even had its own DVD for in game cinematic(s) it was so good. Anyways... I have this paper weight of a console called a PS4 and ultimately haven't seen a game come out to impress me yet other than the remix of Last of... well you know... and I vaguely noticed that Diablo III in all it glory (meaning RNG and bugs are for the most part fixed) was released for my Bluray... err... I mean console and I thought I'd give it a go. I am glad I did. This is a great game. Even though the mechanics behind the Smith are not properly explained or the in game Vendors are not so interesting in their own right. The story telling is well written and the lore which continues the series is good enough to keep me interested. It would be nice if Blizzard released previous game lore/cinematics to bring the Player up to date entirely (If you cared about the story it would be a nice option) or maybe brought in a behind the scenes/making of this game... overall the game is fun and seamless with no load/save time to be announced. I would definitely suggest this game even more if you had one to three more friends which you enjoy gaming with and give it a go together. It's not necessary and I haven't played with anyone else myself but most games which allow real players to participate coop have a chance to go from good to great and I expect that this game would be one of them. About the legendary lewts in WOW thingy I posted in whats not so great about this game... I was kidding. I am happy to see Orange anything pop up on the ground when I kill a Boss or any creature not NORMAL. I am also glad that Blizz requires people to be vigilant in their personal attempt to get a legendary item from their world class MMO. It shows a bit of in game dedication to your role/class. Now do me a favor and un-break it... the MMO that is this game is fine... :)

Diablo III in one word - Fantastic
||Posted .This is the best version of the Diablo series. Let me begin by saying if you played Diablo 3 on Xbox 360, you wont see that much of a graphical upgrade, albeit there is one. The true gem of the PS4 edition is it is practically locked in at 60 FPS, making this game truly solid even through its massive hordes of enemies and great visuals. The difficulty system has been revamped and now offers new challenges and rewards to those who can handle it. My favorite part of this edition is gone are the days of four playthroughs to max out your level. If you challenge yourself with the difficulty meter, you can get through level 1-70 in one playthrough through the 5 acts. Act V is great and feels like a story in its own that somehow fits perfectly with the original four acts. The Crusader is a hybrid of the Barbarian and the Monk that uses a shield and acts as the tank character coop Diablo 3 characters may have desired. Diablo 3 is one of the most expansive and best valued, well written games with the most astonishing cutscenes of all time. The writing and gameplay of World of Warcraft meets the ease and comfort of consoles, and it is an absolute must for RPG fans. Oh, and did i mention four player online AND local Co-Op? Take note corporate game companies, people still want to see this, and Diablo 3 delivers giving Blizzard yet another gold star on their record.

This is how it's meant to be played.
||Posted .I'm a big PC gamer, and I usually feel that most games are better on PC; usually do to better graphical fidelity, options for re-mapping controls, and mod support. But this version of Diablo III is the absolute best version. It's been so long since there's been a game I've had this much fun playing with on the couch with friends. I had Diablo III on PS3 and the controls were absolutely awesome and they figured out a clever way to map the controls and re-do the menu/inventory systems. The local multiplayer was awesome and the online multiplayer worked seamlessly in tandem with local. The loot system on the PS3 system was so much better than the PC version. There were actual improvements to the PC version on the PS3 version..i was shocked. You may be wondering why I'm referring to the PS3 version so much, but it's only to say that all that greatness transferred over to Diablo III: Reaper of Souls on PS4. It also has the added bonus of greatly improving the graphical fidelity of the game compared to the PS3 version which was sorely lacking in that department when held up against the PC's graphics. Now I would rather play Reaper of Souls on PS4 than PC because of all those awesome features. The loot system has been improved even further and the gameplay is just as addicting as ever. This is a definite buy.

Best Diablo Game of the series.
||Posted .I am a huge Diablo fan. I was so excited when Diablo III finally came out. I own it on PC and PS3 version. Reaper of Souls is the first game that I bought for my new PS4. I like that it starts with the first acts of Diablo III and that you do not have to own the original for the expansion to work. This game is actually a stand alone and the graphics are amazing. I dont know if it is the game, my new PS4 or my new 55' 4K Sony TV but the images are so alive and real that I feel like I am truly in the game.

Don't want to put down my controller
||Posted .I got this 2 weeks ago after reading some of the reviews. I finally had a chance to play it last night after the kids went to bed. I picked the barbarian because I have always enjoyed its tank-like smash and bash style of play. Graphics and gameplay are awesome. Started with doing the quests, and hunting for trophies in individual play. Enjoyed it so much I played it half the night. Contemplated not going to work because I am addicted to this game now. Can't wait to try every single class. So many new options to explore and conquer. Leveling up is a blast as your character gets different skills. Skills can be varied and it's fun to try different combinations. Armor, gems, and enchantments are another aspect to making a character more powerful. There are various vendors that can upgrade armor, create larger gems, or enchant armor. I have not even tried the online option yet. So much better than the PC version. Something wicked this way comes indeed.
